The process of antibody design focuses heavily on the antibody successfully binding to the desired target. In computational antibody design, antibodies are analyzed in scale, which makes predicting the antibody's affinity and binding very valuable. A big part of antibody binding prediction relies on structural modeling of the antibody, and more specifically its CDRH3. Here, we present the impressive performance of EVQLV's structure prediction algorithm, compared to Google's AlphaFold2, the state-of-the-art algorithm currently used in protein structure prediction. At EVQLV, we use this technology to facilitate antibody binding prediction and antibody engineering and design.
